The designer Maidan song<\/strong>, founder and owner of the studio that bears her name, leads projects in the areas of residences, hotels, work spaces and commerce, for entrepreneurs and private clients. The studio’s work is characterized by a minimalist and functional language, alongside the use of materials, finishing details and furniture that bring warmth and harmony to spaces. Midan brings the same attention to the whole to the design of the bedroom, from the choice of materials to the light and the atmosphere created in the space.<\/p>\n

When Midan approaches the design of a bedroom, she thinks about the entire concept, from the materials and lighting to the textiles, to which she gives a particularly significant place. “I like to bring a lot of textiles into the bedrooms,” she says. Along with this, it is important to her to bring in as much natural light as possible, and in private homes, when the design allows it, to open up the space using wide display windows. The goal is to create a warm feeling reminiscent of a luxury hotel: “The moment when customers enter the bedroom and feel like they’ve arrived at their own retreat.” According to her, the entire design was built around this feeling, with a desire to provide comfort and a sense of vacation.<\/p>\n

For the production, Maydan chose a bed. AUPING Noa<\/strong> of Hollandia<\/strong> In a dark wood tone, thanks to its clean, minimalist lines and floating appearance in the space. The bed was integrated into a light, soft environment, with a carpet and curtains in pleasant shades and stone slabs designed as a back for the bed. The dark wood creates a contrast against the stone and the bright colors around it, while at the same time blending in with the warm tones that accompany the space. “It was important to me that everything connect and be harmonious,” concludes Midan.<\/p>\n
