The basics: The firm was founded in 2010 by Einav Galili and deals mainly with private construction alongside office planning and design. Einav’s design style is diverse and multifaceted, and no two homes are alike – “I create from many worlds of inspiration and tailor each project specifically for the client. To me, good design is a direct result of a personal connection that is forged between me and them. In my work, I create a framework and fill it with the details of the lives of those who reside in it, with their stories and their loves. I design exciting spaces that serve people, not the other way around.”

Welcome to: A new home built on the site of a 1940s home on a family-owned estate. The tenants, a couple and their three children, asked Einav for a colorful and elegant home that is mindful of the past and the construction that characterized the area during the period when the original home was built.

Einav designed a one-story house with rustic and American motifs, combining elements from the old Benjaminite and the demolished house, such as elongated windows and wooden shutters on the front facade and a tiled roof with wooden beams. In front of the entrance door, which is made of oak and glass imported from the United States, stands a patio that separates the public space on the left from the children’s rooms and the family space on the right. It is defined by two glass walls and two walls clad in light brick with a tree in the center. The public space is spacious and overlooks the pool and yard. A wooden ceiling adds character and emphasizes the height of the space, and the concrete floor gives it a clean and pleasant background. Most of the elements are characterized by neutral tones, but touches of color such as the floral armchairs, bar stools and the green kitchen enrich the house and add a wink and grace to it. Outside, a steel profile pergola and wooden beams overlie the dining area and the seating area by the pool.

On the drawing table: A house that also stands on an estate, about which the office says: “We are given creative freedom here. The house has large, open spaces and is characterized by a combination of styles.” You can see for yourself through the realistic visualizations.
