What do you think makes a successful marketing manager unique?
A successful marketing manager combines strategic ability to develop and implement long-term plans that are appropriate for the company’s goals and the changing market. She has sharp analytical skills, understands the market, competitors and consumer behavior, which allows her to make informed decisions. Innovation and creativity are an integral part of her – she knows how to think outside the box and create unique campaigns that differentiate the brand. As a charismatic leader, she inspires the team to collaborate while being sensitive and caring for each person. She communicates clearly, responds quickly to changes, adopts new technologies and uses them to advance the organization.

What are your three tips for a winning marketing strategy?
1. Retaining existing customers – by building a loyalty program, unique benefits, personal service and an easy and convenient interface for quick and efficient contact.
2. Unique customer experience – people don’t remember what was said to them, but how they were made to feel. Creating user-friendly interfaces, consistent and constant dialogue with the customer, and a genuine and sincere interest in them as a person will help create a warm, embracing and unique experience that will make the customer feel valued and come back again.
3. Setting clear and measurable goals – Tony Robbins said that “setting goals is the first step in making the invisible visible.” Planning, brainstorming with the people on the ground, peer discussion, measuring and monitoring the results, and making adjustments when necessary will enable you to achieve your goals.

What trends will we see in the coming years in the field of marketing?
1. Authentic marketing with an emphasis on maintaining a personal connection with customers. Providing service is a privilege, and organizations that make this part of their DNA and provide a unique and transparent shopping experience will succeed in taking the next step and giving customers confidence in the product and its choice.
2. The world of podcasts will continue to be an important marketing platform. They provide convenient and available access to content and strengthen the connection with the listener through friendly dialogue through which complex and deep messages can be conveyed.
3. Artificial intelligence is here with us and in power, and we will all use it to grow and become more efficient. AI tools will be increasingly significant in the world of marketing and will help us with automation, content creation, data analysis, and market research.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I will continue to lead Hollandia, the leading company in the world of sleep, with tens of thousands of satisfied customers who made the right choice and made the decision to upgrade their quality of life and sleep.

The keys to success in marketing are cultivating mental flexibility, sensitivity to change, and the ability to respond quickly. Maintain honest and open communication with colleagues, clients, and most importantly, your own people. Listening to your clients’ needs and preferences, always with a smile and a cheerful face, will lead to success.
