Meet Oron Milstein,
Interior designer and owner of an independent studio for over 16 years, specializing in planning and designing apartments and luxury homes, alongside commercial spaces such as fashion stores and showrooms.
Oron’s design language is concise and unique, and he draws inspiration from diverse fields, including fashion and art. His style is characterized by minimalist and contemporary lines, along with the combination of original elements in personal design, special textures, bold colors and a sense of humor, so that each project is unique, sophisticated and precise.
Welcome to a high-rise apartment in Tel Aviv’s Gindi Towers, designed for a couple and their teenage daughter. Two apartments joined together to create the space, which enjoys a spectacular panoramic view of the city and sea.

The interior design combines natural elements, inspired by the couple’s kibbutz past, with an innovative and impressive design concept, which is expressed in smart and dynamic planning, and in the choice of finishing materials, furniture,
The lighting fixtures and artwork. The public space was designed in contrasting tones, and is defined by a black wooden wall with CNC cuts, which, thanks to the changing light throughout the day, creates rhythm and dynamism – “The walls remain the same color, but the encounter with the light constantly changes the appearance,” explains Oron.

Besides the impressive presence, various functions were integrated along the wall, such as an air conditioning system, television, a bar next to the dining area, and integral doors.
Opposite the black wall are the dining area, living room, and kitchen. In the center are two parallel islands with champagne-colored aluminum-clad fronts and greenish granite work surfaces.
Above them hang minimalist light fixtures, made of brass and glass, emphasizing the impressive lines of the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is the living room, which was designed in a relaxed, pampering and dynamic way.
The bright seating system is modular and allows for changing situations, for example for intimate family entertainment or more formal entertaining.

The coffee table is made of solid oak, with a design inspired by river pebbles, and on either side of the sofa are two mature olive trees, elements that connect the luxurious home to the stability and flow of nature.
Special works of art were incorporated throughout the house – in the living room, for example, a work with a 3D image of model Kate Moss hangs, and on the kitchen worktop were placed works by artist Fred Allard – “His works creatively combine details of consumer culture,” notes the designer.
