Architect Shlomi Levin, founder of a multidisciplinary boutique office, leads a holistic approach, combining architecture and interior design, to provide its clients with a comprehensive solution for all aspects of planning, design and construction.

Welcome to the complex that extends over 600 square meters and includes residential suites and a shared interior space with a living room and kitchen, and outside a pool and seating areas, all designed for a shared entertainment experience. “The entire place is built around a continuous hospitality experience, inside and out.

“The courtyard was designed and planned with diverse areas for different uses: a pool, a jacuzzi, a ping-pong table, a dining area, an outdoor bar, resting and lounging areas, and sunbathing areas,” says the architect. “Each of the areas creates a unique experience, and at the same time they connect harmoniously, thanks to a guiding design line according to the overall concept,” he adds.

The pool, reflected through the large windows of the common spaces, was built to measure 4×12 m. It is covered with a deep blue mosaic, which enhances the reflections of the building, the vertical lighting designed at the edges of the complex’s facades, and the appearance of the sky at dusk. It is surrounded by a wooden canopy that adds warmth to the dramatic tones of the building. Hundred-year-old olive trees were planted along the pool, creating a deeply rooted feeling of the Land of Israel.

With nearly two decades of experience in planning diverse projects, from private construction through saturated construction to commercial spaces and collaboration with leading construction companies, he creates a unique language for each project, based on close dialogue with clients and architectural innovation. In the hospitality complex he designed in Moshav Emunim, on a one-acre plot, he formulated a concept inspired by boutique hotels abroad, advocating a timeless design free from trends. Clean lines, floating roofs, large openings and deep dark materials provide a luxurious look, take guests out of everyday life and create a sense of calm and tranquility.Planning and Design: Shlomi Levin
