In the heart of the Lehi area, one of Israel’s renowned design hubs, a complex was recently launched THE PARK DESIGN – A new space for home design and lifestyle, which seeks to offer a more complete visiting experience: less exhausting transition between suppliers, stores and parking searches, and more of a concentrated path of inspiration, selection and planning.

Its location, on the banks of the Yarkon Park, is not just a geographical detail. Within a distinct commercial area, characterized by a multitude of showrooms and street shops, THE PARK DESIGN offers a different moment: a meeting between city and nature, between the rhythm of purchasing and planning and a feeling of openness, movement and air. The return to nature does not appear here as a mere green decoration, but as part of the concept of the complex’s experience – a place where the design of the house emerges from the closed space and meets a wide, living and breathing environment.

The concept of the event – Design Meets Nature
The complex operates as part of THE PARK business and office complex, located at 1 Halachi Street and covering approximately 100,000 square meters. The complex, owned by Amot and Allied Real Estate and initiated by Shimon Abu Darham and Udi Blum, designed by the architectural firm Yaski Mor Sivan and holds the international green building standard LEED Platinum – A detail that sharpens the connection between advanced urban planning, environmental responsibility and the green presence of the park. From this context, THE PARK DESIGN offers a contemporary interpretation of a design complex: an environment that connects commerce, architecture and the experience of staying, and makes the process of choosing a home part of a broader world of lifestyle, material and inspiration.
As the world of design becomes more deeply embedded in the residential culture in Israel, home design has transformed from a technical process of choices and purchases into a complex, personal and multi-layered journey. The home is no longer perceived as just a functional response, but as a space that expresses lifestyle, identity and daily quality. The architecture of the complex and the concept of movement within it were designed with a visiting experience in mind that does not end with the store itself. Wandering through the place becomes part of the experience: meticulous facades, spacious display spaces, thoughtful lighting, diverse materials and passages that create a continuous connection between inside and outside. In this sense, THE PARK DESIGN seeks to approach a model of international design districts – places where brands, architecture, consumer culture and entertainment experience connect into one language.
This idea was also reinforced by the official launch event of the complex, THE GRAND OPENING, which took place under the concept Design Meets NatureThe concept connected the worlds of design, architecture and lifestyle with the green presence of Yarkon Park, giving the event a conceptual framework that continued the language of the entire complex: meticulous design, but not disconnected; commerce and experience, but within an open, lively and softer environment.

On the occasion of the official opening of the activity, the event hosted over800 architects, interior designers, real estate professionals and opinion leaders from the design field. In the transport and production of Liat Rahav Communications and RAHAV Productions, the complex was transformed into a special evening into a multi-sensory space of material, color, culinary, music and professional content. The concept stores offered dedicated experiences, and at the center of the evening was a transparent studio that hosted interviews and conversations with key figures in the industry. The evening was capped off by a performance by Ivri Lider.

THE PARK DESIGN management stated: “The world of home design has undergone a dramatic change in recent years. The new complex was built to redefine the standard of purchasing and planning in Israel, and the connection with Daniel and Emily represents exactly the meeting point between lifestyle, authenticity and the moments when the home becomes the center of the couple’s and family’s story.”
The complex’s launch campaign, led by Content creators Daniel Amit and Emily Damari, connects home design with a personal and contemporary story. For the two, who are themselves in the midst of home design and wedding planning processes, the connection to the complex offered a natural perspective on choices, inspiration, and building a personal living environment.

According to Liat and Liran Rahav, the event producers: “We were given the task of creating awareness and exposure for the complex, before, after, and during the event itself, and so it was. With perfect timing and a tight schedule full of tasks and coordination, Allied, Amot, and the advertising company Manch filmed and released a brilliant campaign on television and billboards in one month that gained exposure in Pines Valley, Mako Celebs, and HaTshoun. At the same time, an unforgettable experiential event was organized that brought together the community of architects and designers and gained great success, as well as exposure in the media, social networks, and endless shares. We worked as a team and this was the greatest gift. We worked together with amazing people from Amot and Allied Real Estate, CEOs, VPs, Nadav Yagan, VP of Marketing, Matan Fahima, and Adi Burns, Marketing Manager.
As part of the pre-event activities, we created a collaboration between THE PARK DESIGN and the flower brand Wildflower TLV And we produced branded DIY weaving boxes that were sent to a team of architects and designers as an invitation to their home. The responses were amazing and so were the shares, we were able to create for the guests the The connection between the event concept Design Meets Nature Even before they arrived at the event itself.

Another move we led as part of the event was the establishment of a “transparent studio” in the center of the avenue, to which we invited a number of prestigious architects, opinion leaders, and interior designers for professional interviews, including: Architecture Dana Oberson. Dorit Sela, Shirley Dan, Hila Israelevich, Architect Oshir Asban, Shlomi Levin. During the evening, guests enjoyed a meticulous culinary experience of colors and flavors that corresponded with the world of architecture and design and the concept of the event. Watermelon gazpacho with yogurt in a martini glass, tuna tartare – citrus ponzu aioli – blue edible flowers and a chestnut bread cube. Basil pacus gouda skewers with fresh black currants, which were served on square cardboard coasters with inspirational phrases that connect design and nature.
Throughout the complex, table centers were placed combining natural flowers alongside sculptural perspective monuments in the branding language. At the beginning of the avenue, a “photo wall” wrapped in wild vegetation and flowers created by hand, is undoubtedly an inspiring piece of art.

Each guest was sent a barcode to scan with the evening’s program and a list of showrooms, with each store featuring a purposeful display alongside art, design, photography, meticulous culinary delights, and branded cocktails.
Beyond brands and the shopping experience, THE PARK DESIGN also seeks to become a home for the professional community. For architects and designers, such a complex can serve not only as a shopping destination, but also as a meeting space: a place to hold meetings with clients, be exposed to new collections, meet colleagues, exchange ideas and build collaborations. In a world where the design process increasingly requires synchronization between professionals, suppliers and clients, a single meeting point that connects everyone can become a real advantage.
